Our steering group

Kenn has worked in the culture and heritage sector for over 15 years, beginning as a gallery attendant in his native Merseyside. Since then, he has lived in several different cities working for organisations both large and small. He is now Lead Cultural Producer North for the British Library based in Yorkshire. As a producer, writer and lecturer, he is interested in culture, community, class and place and has worked on a range of schemes to diversify both cultural programmes and workforces. He writes regularly, for publications that have included The Guardian, Museums Journal, Engage Journal and the Journal of Class and Culture.
