I am a neurodivergent, working class, mixed media artist with a slight shoe addiction. I love to combine social justice agendas with engaging visual or performative displays. I began my career in youth and community work and community engagement remains a central focus for me. I went to uni as a mature student to study social work, but ended up graduating with a first class degree in Arts Practice! During the pandemic I received National Lottery Project funding to run online Art for Wellbeing workshops, and produced and presented online tutorials for Suffolk County Council. I am on the exhibition board for Suffolk Archives, a trustee for Unlimited, and am part of Equity Working Class Network. I am also excited to have recently received a 'Developing Your Creative Practice Grant' from Arts Council England. I am a single parent with lived experience of homelessness, and my friends would say I am generally an 'exhibitionist'. Hoping to bring something unique to this wonderful movement!
